Completed Everpine project
Two-Tier Broomed Patio with Stamped Border
A 25-by-60-foot, two-tier concrete patio pairs broad broom-finished surfaces with a dark stamped border and rock-face transition.

The finished layout
Two connected levels for a long backyard footprint.
The 25-by-60-foot layout follows the rear of the home and divides the outdoor space into two connected elevations. The raised tier creates a natural dining area while the lower tier leaves a broad, flexible surface for additional seating and everyday use.
Light broom-finished concrete keeps the main surfaces practical and visually open. A dark stamped border traces the curved perimeter, defines the tier change, and highlights the rock-face vertical edge without overwhelming the home.

Homeowner review
“Zack is an absolute professional and so easy to work with. He was willing to adjust as we made some changes to the plan. He kept his commitments, communicated well and kept me informed at each stage. He was also very reasonably priced. Don’t look anywhere else,”— Margo W.
